A drink-driving motorist has been banned after he was clocked doing 146mph on the motorway. Billy James Rich, 23, was twice over the speed limit AND alcohol level when he led police on a high-speed midnight chase. Officers tailed his £40k black BMW 430D when it shot past their unmarked car on an A road in Wiltshire. Rich then roared onto the darkened M4 where dashcam footage from the police car shows him weaving between traffic.
This is the moment passengers cheered as 'rowdy' women were escorted off an easyJet flight by police for allegedly shouting "Allahu Akbar". The pair had been causing disruption throughout the flight from Prague to London Stansted, according to a fellow traveller who recorded the incident. Thomas Hayward, 25, captured the moment officers boarded the flight at London Stansted airport to remove the two women. Essex Police confirmed they were called to reports of disruptive behaviour and escorted the pair off the plane at 9.15pm on Valentine's Day. Thomas, a teacher from Twickenham, south west London, was returning from a romantic break with his girlfriend. He said: "The flight was only an hour-and-a-half but felt like forever. "The two girls were sitting next to the emergency exit and were causing all sorts of dramas. "They were being really loud, having strange conversations at the top of their lungs and refusing to be quiet. "At one point they even shouted 'Allahu Akbar' - despite being two white British girls. "Everyone on the flight sat quietly, but you could tell everyone was getting more and more annoyed." Thomas was on his way back to London after a romantic holiday with girlfriend Megan Nisbet, 25. He said: "Megan and I were coming back from a couple of days holiday. "They kept saying that they thought people would steal cigarettes in their bag. "But then the police came on the flight and everyone started cheering. "150 people were happy to see them being taken away, the whole plane was delighted." A spokesperson for Essex Police said: "We were contacted at 9.15pm on Tuesday February 14 following reports that two passengers were being disruptive on a flight arriving from Prague. "Officers attended the incident and spoke to two female passengers. No-one was arrested." An easyJet spokesperson said: "EasyJet can confirm that flight EZY3068 from Prague to London Stansted on 14 February was met by the police on arrival as a result of a passenger onboard behaving in a disruptive manner. "The passenger was escorted away by the Police. The safety and well being of passengers and crew is always easyJet's priority. "Whilst such incidents are rare we take them very seriously, and do not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour onboard."

A reveller seen dancing alone at a busy nightclub allegedly unleashed a barrage of punches at fellow partygoers just seconds later. The incident was captured on camera at Canberra's Mooseheads nightclub back in January, but police have renewed calls for witnesses to come forward. CCTV footage shows the alleged attacker dancing by himself at the bar shortly before a wild brawl broke out. Several punches appeared to be thrown, before the altercation came to abrupt end when other patrons and staff members stepped in. It is not clear from the CCTV footage whether anything was said to provoke the alleged attack. Police want to speak with the man over the alleged assault, but it was his dance moves prior to the brawl which sent social media into a spin. 'Hope he gets extra time for that dancing,' one wrote, while another said: 'The real crime here is his dance moves.' 'Poor guy was having a seizure and everyone thinks he was dancing,' yet another commented. ACT Police is urging anyone who witnessed the alleged assault, which left one man with facial injuries, to come forward. 'Police are urging anyone who recognises themselves in this footage from an assault at Mooseheads nightclub on Sunday 8 January to come forward and speak to police,' a statement read. 'The assault occurred around 4.10am and involved a number of people, resulting in a male victim suffering facial injuries.' The alleged attacker was wearing a long sleeved shirt, dark pants and white shoes.
Florida Highway Patrol have released a video of a suspected intoxicated driver crashing into them during a traffic stop. Two troopers suffered injuries as a result, but have been released from hospital. The driver was treated as well and was arrested after he was discharged from the hospital.
Police in China were given a shock after a man they had just stopped, stripped naked in the middle of the road. The motorist was stopped by traffic police in Zhaotong City, south western China's Yunnan province on May 24. He was later found by police to be over the drink driving limit while he will also be punished for stripping off. The man was pulled over by police who wanted him to take a breath test as they thought he could be over the drink driving limit. He had tried to escape the police officers before he was then forced to pull over. However he had other plans, stripping off his clothes and walking naked through the streets. Footage shows the man naked while waving his T-shirt in the air. Four policemen can be seen following him as he crosses the road. The man hits a fence before then shouting at the police officers. Officers then take the decision to encircle the man and try and get control of the situation. However the man then fights back. Officers work together to carry the naked man along the road who then starts to scream and move around. Police said that he smelt strongly of alcohol at the time. He was later taken into custody where he will be punished for both drink driving and also indecent exposure.

ge in a Thai nightclub. Anna Reese, who starred in The Tsunami Warrior and Brown Sugar 2, 'began throwing things' after arguing with a group of men in the Bangkok venue last night. The 30-year-old is reported to have became aggressive when the bill came at around 12.30am. She allegedly stormed out of the club and tried to flee in her top-of-the range white BMW but rear ended a parked Mitsubishi. Anna, who blamed her behavior on family problems, was being tested for other substances Monday morning, the police are reported as saying. Footage recorded by onlookers shows the bare-footed actress in a wet t-shirt screaming incoherently in a drunken rage as police arrive to arrest her. She was held in a cell after being too drunk to be questioned and today charged with drunk driving after testing positive for alcohol. Colonel Arkom Chantanalat, chief of Huai Khwang police, said Reese had confessed to drink driving. He said: 'At this moment, we have charged her with driving under the influence. We have also sent her to the police hospital for narcotics testing. 'When we have the full evidence we can start a court case. She has been released with a 20,000THB (£450) bond.' The tearful actress appeared the next morning in front of the media and apologised. She said: 'I have many issues. I have to take care of my family, and my siblings.' In June 2015, Reese was charged with causing death by reckless driving after she ploughed into a parked police car, killing 44-year-old inspector Napadol Wongbandit. He was found dead with a cracked skull in the driver seat after the actress slammed into the rear end of his car, propelling the squad car into a tree along the road before it landed back on the motorway road. The actress had a meltdown after the crash and refused to be arrested and tested for alcohol at the scene saying she was ''not ready.'' Reese then refused to pay the THB6.2 million settlement requested by Napadol's family - saying she would only pay a maximum of THB2 million. Reese avoided jail and was ordered to do community service - parking outrage from the public who claimed the 'rich and famous' could avoid justice.
Lyft rider attacks driver St. Petersburg, Fl. After she uses my seat cover as a tissue she yells at me and then she leaned in..I knew something was coming. She spits pulls hair and throws bows. But she wasn't expecting me to return fire..not even losing a handful of hair could keep me from protecting myself. Yes, I had goose bumps, I was not really scared more seeing red and trying to keep my wits. I could have done more damage, just like she could have. Thankfully I am alive and relatively unscathed...but who knew how sore I'd be today. Hopefully she feels me just the same 😁

Four prison inmates were left in a zombie-like trance after being caught on camera appearing to smoke the former legal high Black Mamba. The video, which was posted on Facebook, shows the men being told to smoke the potent substance and leave the fumes in their lungs for longer to achieve a more intense high. Social media users were quick to accuse the prisoner behind the camera of ‘bullying’, after hearing him tell a fellow inmate he will take their ‘canteen’ – treats like sweets ordered from the prison shop – if the cigarette isn’t smoked quickly. He first tells them to all stand up in the cell as they smoke the drug and shouts: 'Keep the burns in man, keep em in.' Another man orders: 'Smoke it faster man, I paid for that s***.' Then one minute 29 seconds in the first prisoner says: 'Smoke it faster or I'm taking your canteen…smoke that s*** quick.' The men can be seen staggering around before the video ends with them standing like zombies to howls of laughter from the men who provided the drugs. The Ministry of Justice told MailOnline the video was 'historical content' that they were looking to 'remove from social media'. On Facebook, people reacted with horror at the scenes of bullying taking place behind bars. Ann-Marie Hansen wrote: 'Full of bullies, stand up for yourselves!' Diane Brannan said: 'They look like they're being bullied into smoking that dirty horrible s***, they don't look like they are enjoying it.' Many people singled out the man apparently urging the group on from behind the camera, presumably a smuggled mobile phone, for particular criticism. Toni Webb said: 'What a bully, he thinks he owns them all.' Another wrote: 'F****** bully boy, try smoking it yourself.' It is unclear in which UK prison the video was filmed. Smuggled substances like Black Mamba and Spice are putting severe pressure on the prison system, with hundreds of inmates taking the drug leading to assaults and ambulance call-outs. Prison officers have also been hospitalised after accidentally inhaling fumes. Thirteen were recently struck down in one week at Category B Garth Prison in Leyland, Lancashire. There were 58 Spice-linked jail deaths in the 30-month period to January last year, according to figures from the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman. All formerly 'legal highs', including Spice and Black Mamba, were banned in 2016 with the passing of the Psychoactive Substances Act.
Police say the driver who smashed this Subaru Forester into a bar in Salem, Oregon, was intoxicated and carrying oxycodone when he was arrested.
There are times in this video where I feel bad for the drunk girl. Why is her friend not helping her out of the gutters and storm drain? In the end, I am happy she did what every good videography is told to do. KEEP THE CAMERA ROLLING!

A teacher in Florida is out of a job over a suspicion of drunk driving and video of the traffic stop has now been released by police. A Florida State trooper responded to a report that 43-year-old Saryna Parker had crashed her vehicle into a van. The trooper says the teacher was slurring her speech and smelled of alcohol, so he gave her a field sobriety test. At one point during the test, Parker told the trooper she was going to kiss him. She also allegedly tried to kick the officer while in his patrol car. The arrest report says the teacher had her 10-year-old child in the back seat of her vehicle at the time of the incident. She was arrested and later released on bond. She faces charges of DUI, DUI with property damage, careless driving, and battery on a police officer.
Shocking video has emerged of three men lying unconscious and frothing from the mouth at a children's playground after allegedly smoking 'zombie drugs'. Taken by a passerby walking through a housing commission estate in Auckland, New Zealand, the footage shows the men in a seemingly comatosed state. Spread out over a bench and footpath, one of the men lies on the ground with a fist clenched and froth coming from his mouth, while children's voices can be heard in the background. Posted to social media on Wednesday, the video comes months after fears were first raised of the prevalence of 'zombie drugs' such as Flakka in Australia, following a rise in drug-related overdoses on the Gold Coast. Believed to have smoked a synthetic drug, the footage shows the men unresponsive to attempts by the passerby to wake them. 'Get up, you're frothing, bro,' the man says, before rolling the comatosed man on the footpath onto his side. Eventually the man wakes, but is barely able to respond to the Good Samaritan, who has been praised by many of the almost 100,000 to watch the video.'Zombie drugs' first rose to prominence in the United States, before police warned it had spread to Australia by late 2016. Flakka, the most well known of synthetic drugs, was widely believed to have been to blame for a spate of overdoses on the Gold Coast last October. Up to 16 people were rushed to hospital following what authorities dubbed one of the worst 'mass overdose sprees' in Australian history. It was later revealed the overdoses were likely the result of a bad batch of a drug called 'N-bomb' and MDMA. Recently a 'zombie drug' called Spice has been sweeping through New Zealand, with a man sharing video of his sister and her friend's reaction to the synthetic substance. Shocking footage showing the pair in zombie-like states was viewed by more than 1 million people online
A shocking video appears to show a 'Spice zombie' stumbling between fast flowing traffic before smacking his head on a barrier at a set of traffic lights. The astonishing clip shows the young man - believed to be under the effects of the synthetic drug - blindly wandering along the busy road. Filmed in Kilmarnock, East Ayrshire, the two clips posted on Twitter have received almost 7,000 retweets. In the first clip, the man is filmed staggering down the street towards the traffic lights on the B7073 in the centre of the town. A bus can clearly be seen slowing down as the apparently intoxicated man walks in the centre of the road towards the traffic lights. The person filming the clip says: 'What the f***?' As the bus pulls alongside, the driver appears to look over at the man who is wearing grey jogging bottoms, a blue and grey top and carrying a blue plastic bag. Spice is a mixture of smokeable herbs - shredded plant material - and man-made chemicals with mind-altering effects. It is known as 'fake weed' or synthetic cannabis and has been wreaking havoc across the UK. Its effects cause people to suffer severe psychotic episodes, terrifying hallucinations, vomiting and even seizures in public.
Disturbing footage has emerged of two men believed to be prisoners losing control of their bodies after inhaling the drug Spice. The film, understood to have been shot on a phone smuggled into jail, shows the pair struggling to stand up after inhaling from a bottle full of smoke from the synthetic drug. One then attacks other inmates, who try to put him in a bin as he thrashes around on the ground of what appears to be a prison laundry room. It is unclear where exactly the footage was filmed, although prisons around the country have acknowledged the huge problem of the 'zombifying' drug being smuggled into cells. The clip - uploaded online three weeks ago - shows the two men lighting up the drug and filling two plastic bottles with smoke. They then inhale the drug quickly and stand, waiting for it to take effect, leaning against two washing machines. Other inmates laugh as the pair become increasingly unsteady on their feet and crash to the ground. One lashes out at the man who is filming the drug-taking, prompting a scuffle as another prisoner stands over him kicking him. Spice, synthetic cannabis, is putting severe pressure on the prison system, with hundreds of inmates taking the drug, leading to assaults and ambulance call-outs. Thirteen prison officers were recently hospitalised after accidentally inhaling fumes at Category B Garth Prison in Leyland, Lancashire. There were 58 Spice-linked jail deaths in the 30-month period to January last year, according to figures from the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman. All forms of the compound were banned in 2016 with the passing of the Psychoactive Substances Act.
You could say he was cooking up trouble. Deputies said an alleged burglar made himself right at home, inside Samantha O'Neal's kitchen.
O'Neal said when she arrived home with her sister and a friend, she saw 34-year-old Ronald Wesly, standing over her stove.
"I walked in to him standing here with this pot of oil, where he was frying chicken. The strainer right here, this chicken in freezer that got cut open, frying chicken," O'Neal explained. he said the alleged burglar had taken some chicken and sausage from her refrigerator and appeared to be drunk off of her sister's liquor.
Melissa Stanley, O'Neal's sister, told FOX 35, "He was in here, drunk as a skunk, just being Betty Crocker."
O'Neal was stunned, screamed, then did whatever she could to get Wesly out of her home.
"I was scared. My sister was more scared," she explained. "I just wanted him off the property, so I picked him up and threw him out the gate."
The women called for help. Alachua County Sheriff's deputies found Wesly wandering nearby and arrested him.
O'Neal calls him an acquaintance and definitely didn't allow him in her house. She said she's not taking any chances at home. "Definitely, there's going to be cameras and dead bolts, so nothing like this ever happens again," she said.
As for the cooking crime spree in her own kitchen, it turns out, she said the suspected crook, is a pretty good cook.
"My buddy had eaten it. He said it was seasoned very well," O'Neal explained.
According to the Alachua County Sheriff's Office arrest report, Wesly is facing felony charges including burglary and larceny. He is out of jail, but his court date isn't set yet.
A harrowing video has emerged of a drunk government worker savagely beating a cloakroom attendant after being refused entry to the bar where she worked. The 24-year-old man had been turned away from the bar in the city of Rostov-on-Don in south-west Russia's Rostov Oblast region. Security guards said he was already drunk and that he walked away after he was refused entry to the bar. But horrific CCTV footage from the cloakroom shows him coming back armed with a concrete and metal sculpture of a flower he had found outside. In the short clip, the man opens the side door to the booth and rushes in, using the heavy sculpture to beat 52-year-old Elena Zhukova over the head. Passersby realised what was happening and one rushed into the booth to restrain the assailant. Ms Zhukova was taken to the hospital with severe injuries and the attacker was arrested. Her son, who did not give his name, said: 'She had a trauma to the brain so she had to have brain surgery. 'Now she is getting better, but still has a patchy memory.' Police say they are still investigating the incident. It is not clear whether the suspect, who was not named, was held in custody. It is also unclear why the assailant's anger was directed at the cloakroom attendant instead of at the security guards who turned him away.
This is the moment police arrive at the scene where an alleged drink driver ploughed into a seafood store to find her tucking into a pack of fish and chips. Customers narrowly avoided being crushed by the Subaru Forester when it hurtled into a seafood restaurant on the Gold Coast about midday on Good Friday. When police eventually pried the 51-year-old woman away from her meal, she allegedly blew a blood-alcohol level of 0.277 - more than five times over the limit. Footage shows stunned officers arriving to find the car still inside the store, which sustained major structural damage. 'How did you wind up driving through the shop window?' one officer asks. The woman rambles something irritably before reaching for another handful of hot chips. 'Excuse me, don't eat those… Hang on a second.' She then appears to lose her temper at a passenger for telling the camera he was inside the car during the crash. A Queensland Police spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia no charges have yet been laid against the woman. Footage shows Dennis Coggin, 74, leap out of the path of the car as it crashes into store before the lunchtime rush at 11.40am. Store employee Jacob Barrow told 7 News said the crash could have been much worse if it were half an hour later. 'Had it happened half and hour later, there would have been a lot of people,' he said. 'It could have been a lot worse. Staff had just walked on the line where the car went five seconds earlier.'
This is the horrific moment a woman desperately tried to help a man after he overdosed from an opioid behind the wheel. The unidentified man was nodding off in the driver's seat of a van at Lee Road and Broadway Avenue in Maple Heights, Ohio, when a female bystander approached with their cell phone camera on and realized he was overdosing on a drug. Jennifer Dillon was driving and the man's van blocked her path. So, she and a friend got out of their vehicle to see what was wrong. The pair found the man around 10am on March 28 with his van in gear and his foot on the break at a red traffic light. When they approached his vehicle they realized he was gasping for air. As her friend called police, Dillon began to record the incident on her cell phone. In the disturbing cell phone footage, the man's mouth is open, his eyes sunken miserably into an ashen face. 'Hey dude! Hey! Hey! Hey!,' yells Dillon. 'You gotta wake up man! You gotta wake up! You cannot die!' Dillon can seen shaking the man in an attempt to wake him up. A police officer shortly arrives and leans into the man's van to check on him. An ambulance comes later and the man is revived with a dose of Narcan, an antidote that reverses the effects of an opioid overdose, before he is rushed to the hospital off camera, Cleveland 19 reports. This is the latest example in Ohio of motorists driving while drugged, Lieutenant Don Grossmyer with the Maple Heights Police Department told NBC. Grossmyer said he does not have data on this troubling trend, but the department began to take notice last year. Opioids are not normally used while people are driving, said JT Griffin, chief government affairs officer for Mothers Against Drunk Driving. 'The stories you hear are horrible. You hear of parents getting high in cars and just passing out,' Griffin said.
